About Us
Our Vision
Our Vision
To set a Lebanese table that reaches far beyond the plate — where every dish carries the warmth of home, and every order helps a family stand on its own feet.
We imagine a kitchen that is also a community: authentic food made with dignity, shared generously, and rooted in the traditions we grew up with.
Our Mission
Our Mission
We cook the food our grandmothers taught us — kibbeh rolled by hand, vine leaves stuffed one by one, mezze prepared fresh each morning — and we do it while creating fair, meaningful work for the women in our community.
"Cater To Empower" is not a slogan for us. Every wedding, office lunch and family gathering we cater turns good food into real opportunity.
Our Story
Our Story
Ahlouna — , where a handful of women started cooking for neighbours to make ends meet. The food was honest and the recipes were generations old, and word spread quickly.
What started as a few trays for a christening grew into full catering for weddings and companies. Today the same hands prepare everything from scratch, and the same values guide every order: cook with love, buy fresh, and give back.
